Badgerland's sales representatives use basic value added sales techniques to inform and educate all current and potential subscribers, and avoid high-pressure sales tactics to reduce the percentage of churn. Our sales division is overseen by 22+ years of sales experience ranging from cable to satellite sales, experiencing first hand all the innovative advancements made by cable in the last 20 years.
Sales representatives contact 80% of all homes passed in a system making sure to sell at minimum 10% new-subscribers, 35% digital, and 10% high speed data (were available), before they are allowed to leave or move on.
Badgerland representatives are clean-shaven and professionally dressed, usually with the cable provider's logo. A picture identification of your cable system will also be shown, by all representatives, to each contact to insure proper representation.
